Non-Gilinsky - a person who is (a) not related to the Gilinsky's by blood, and (b) been in a meaningful relationships with someone of the Gilinsky's for less than 25 years. The number of the non-Gilinsky's in the world is changing - at the moment there are about 6 of these.
